Add the optional Name field to a survey when in Anonymous Mode

When you send a survey in Anonymous Mode, you can still give respondents the option to provide their Name.

  • The Name field on Makerble can appear as an additional question in your survey, but only when the survey is in Anonymous Mode

  • The name that is entered into the Name field by the respondent will be the name that is used on the respondent’s Contact Profile Page

Stages

  1. First you need to make sure that the Name field has been added to your survey and that it is positioned in a place that makes sense:
