Collect survey responses from anyone with the link

You can collect survey responses from anyone who has your generic universal survey link.

  • You decide whether you want to include a name field in your survey or not

  • If you don't include a Name survey, then your responses will likely be anonymous.

Note: Makerble has two options for allowing the respondents of a survey to remain anonymous:

  • Anonymous mode - whereby anyone with the link can complete the survey (described on this page)

  • Anonymised unique survey links sent to contacts (to use this option, follow these separate steps instead)

Collect the names of respondents

  • By default every survey response collected from anyone with the link will be linked to a new contact in your Makerble CRM (the Contacts App) called “Respondent 1”, “Respondent 2”, etc

  • If you want the name of the Respondent to be displayed instead of the generic “Respondent Number” title, just add the Respondent Name field to your survey

  • This feature is turned off by default. Follow these steps to turn it on.
