Turn on the Name field for a Survey Campaign

If the Name field has been added to your survey, you can turn on the Name field so that it appears when the survey is sent out in Anonymous Mode.

Steps

  1. Go to the Survey Campaign page

  2. Select More Options

  3. Select Manage Campaign

  4. You arrive on the Survey Campaign Settings page

  5. Tick the checkbox “When anonymous responses are turned on, give respondents the option to add their name”

  6. Press Save

  7. You return to the Survey Campaign page

  8. Follow these steps to send the survey in Anonymous Mode
