Survey Scoring & Survey Verdicts

Survey Scoring & Survey Verdicts

Classify every survey response, using Scores & Verdicts

Verdicts draft F_Product_1B_2nd Animation 3.mp4

How it works

  1. Add a formula to a survey

  2. A survey respondent answers the survey as usual

  3. Makerble automatically calculates a score for that survey response and assigns a Verdict

Track respondents' scores and verdicts over time

Makerble can track a person’s Verdicts over time. You’ll see

  • the Verdicts that have been calculated for each survey response, at each point in time.

  • the Mean Average score, at each point in time.

  • the number and proportion of people who achieved each verdict, at each point in time

  • the number of people whose score has improved, worsened or stayed the same, between each point in time

Get started with Verdicts

There are four parts to setting up survey verdicts.

Part 3

Part 4

Steps for Part 1

You must be the owner of a survey to turn on verdicts.

  • When you copy a survey you become an owner of the copied version. It uses the same metrics as the original survey which means you'll have continuity when analysing results using Progress Boards. You'll need to add the copied survey to your projects.

  • If the owner is a colleague in your organisation who has now left your organisation, contact support@makerble.com

  • If you're using a survey that's owned by Makerble Templates and you would like it to use verdicts, contact support@makerble.com

Verdicts are only calculated based on answers to Scale-based questions

  1. Go to the Create/Edit Survey page

    1. If you are creating a new survey, click Create in the top menu, then Surveys (Create a question while creating a survey )

    2. If you are editing an existing survey, click Set the questions on the Survey’s Profile page (Edit a Survey )

  2. Add your Scale-based questions to the survey

  3. Click the toggle to turn on Verdicts

  6. Now you can do to Stage 2: Allocate points to each survey question’s Answer Choices
