Add a Date field to a survey

You can add a Date field to a survey

Steps

  1. Go to the Edit survey template page. You can get there by either

    1. Creating a new Survey Template

    2. Editing an existing Survey Template

  2. You arrive in the Survey Editor

  3. On the left column are two panels

    1. Your Questions Library

    2. Public Questions Library

  4. Date fields that you and your colleagues have created will appear in Your Questions Library. Click Add to survey to add one of these Date Fields to the survey template

  5. Public Questions Library lists publicly available Date Fields. Click Add to add one of these to the survey template

  6. To create a new Date Field, click the New Question button.

  7. The New Question popup appears

  8. Select Date as the type of question

  9. Enter the name of your Date field and then press Save

  10. The question should now appear on the right side in the Questions section

  11. Follow the the steps in this guide to reorder the questions and set questions as mandatory.

  12. Scroll to the bottom and press Save
