Surveys with Adjustable Wording automatically display a different version of the question and answer based on who is completing the survey and which wave of the survey that they are completing.

Terminology on Makerble

  • Respondent Types are the different types of people who can complete a survey.

    • There are four default Respondent Types (Colleague, Contact, Public Respondent and Perspective Provider) and an unlimited number of Relationship-based Respondent Types

  • Waves can be the different points in time when you send out a survey, e.g. baseline, midpoint, endpoint. They can also relate to different Language Translations of a survey

 

Ways you can adapt your survey

You can show, hide and reword questions based on who is answering the survey and which wave of the survey is being completed (e.g. Q1 or Baseline)
