You can analyse survey results at multiple levels.

A. Individual Questions - view the current response from a single respondent (contact)

  • See how responses to each question have changed over time, en-masse, i.e. irrespective of whether responses come from known contacts or anonymous (or anonymised) respondents

E. Individual Questions - Change-over-Time (Distance Travelled) for a set of respondents (contacts)

 

F. Individual Outcomes (made up of multiple questions) for one or more respondents, showing a single response per respondent or several responses over time per respondent

 

  • Zoom into the question-by-question detail to see how your contacts perform across each individual outcome

  • Turn on Outcome Analysis

G. Individual Outcomes (made up of multiple questions) answered by one or more 360° Observers giving their perspective on one or more respondents

H. Multiple Outcomes - for a set of respondents (contacts)

I. Verdicts - for a set of respondents; including change in Verdict over Time

  • Automatically assign a verdict (categorisation) to a survey response based on scoring that is applied to the questions in that survey

  • Turn on Verdicts

  • The Survey Analytics page allows you to analyse a single survey’s results from one or more projects at once

  • When analysing survey results from a single project rather than from across multiple projects, it is faster to use the Survey Campaign’s Analyse tab
