What’s been happening? Share a relaxed anecdote - a text field
Location - this let's respondents add a location. This uses a Google Maps address search.
Respondent Name - you can enable this field to appear when using the Anyone with the link method of collecting survey responses
Tag members of a contact group - this lists you tag other contact groups in the story or survey response

How to add an in-built survey question

If the survey question has not been automatically added to your survey, you can add it to your survey by clicking Add to survey in the Public library section
