Collect survey respondents' names when using Anyone With The Link

Collect survey respondents' names when using Anyone With The Link

What this article covers

Identify your survey respondents

You can identify your survey respondents, even when sending out universal survey links which anyone with the link can complete (Anonymous Mode)

To do this, you need to turn on Makerble’s in-built Name field within your Survey Campaign

How it works

  • When you use universal survey links ordinarily, every person who completes the survey is saved in your CRM as Respondent [Number]

  • But if you use Makerble’s in-built Name field, a Name field will appear within your survey which lets respond provide you with their name if they want to.

  • In this scenario, those people who provide their name will be saved in your CRM with the name they provided.
