You can add several questions (from an outcome) to a survey at once

Steps

1. Access the Create Survey or Edit Survey page

2. If an Outcome is in the Your Questions Library or Public Questions Library, click the Add Questions button

3. A popup appears that lets you configure the type of multiple choice setting for each of the Multiple Choice Questions in that outcome

   Open

   

4. Choose the setting that is appropriate to each question and then press Next until you reach the end of the popup, at which point it will close

5. Continue editing the survey or press save
