Survey Flow
Question Randomiser
You can create a question pool containing multiple different questions to show a random question from them every time the survey is opened. Rotate the questions being asked in a survey (add a Rotating Question Pool)
Send respondents to a specific question further down in the survey (or to the end of the survey) based on their answer to this question. Useful for skipping irrelevant sections. Learn more about: Skip To.

Only show a question if the respondent’s answer to a previous question meets certain conditions. All other respondents won’t see it. Learn more about: Display If.
Adjust When - interval logic
Adjust the visibility or wording of this question based on when the survey is completed - e.g. baseline, midline or another interval - and on who is completing it - e.g. respondent, colleague, external person, etc. → Learn more about: Adjust When.

Respondent Types
Anonymous (Universal)

Tracked
Send unique survey links to respondents. Know when each individual respondent has answered the survey. Great for longitudinal analysis.
Intelligent Anonymisation

360°
Collect observers' perspectives on how a participant is doing.
Flattened
Enter the number of people who provided each answer to each question. Suitable for when you’re relying on a manual headcount or don’t have the time to enter historical survey responses that are on paper.
