Use the States per Project filter in the Contacts Filters to find contacts who were in a specific state (list) of one or more projects within a particular date range. I.e.

• Waiting list

• Enrolled

• Alumni

• Declined

Open

Switch between Wide and Narrow filters

Open

• Narrow filters only let you select one state per project: this will look for contacts who are currently in that state of that project

• Wide filters let you select multiple states per project with date ranges

Use the Wide filters

• Wide filters can either show you

  • any contact who has ever been in that state of that project

  • only the contacts who were added to or removed from that state of that project within a specific time period (date range)
