Filter contacts by progress made towards Progress Trackers and when

You can filter your contacts by

  • the amount of progress they’ve made towards particular Progress Trackers

  • and/or when that progress happened or was saved.

This lets you see, for example, the quantity of contacts who have attended a minimum of 5 sessions.

  • Red arrow: the quantity of contacts who match your filter criteria

  • Purple arrow: the criteria being applied from your filters

  • Orange arrow: where you set the criteria

  • Blue arrow: how you launch the Contact Filters

Achievement Trackers (Tickbox survey questions)

 

This looks at the total number of times that this particular Checkbox has been ticked for each contact, from across all the stories and survey responses they are tagged in, over all time

Attendance Trackers (Participation outputs)

 

This looks at the total number that has been recorded for each contact based on the stories (and survey responses) they have been tagged in.

Date activity happened filters allow you to filter which stories you look at based on the Date Happened that was set manually

Date update was Posted allows you to filter the stories being examined according to when they were literally saved in the database

Date update was Edited allows you to filter the stories being examined according to when they were most recently saved in the database

Multiple Choice Tracker

 

This filter displays all the possible Answer Choices to this question. The results will show you any contact who has selected your chosen Answer Choice(s) in any of their stories or survey responses

Numerical Tracker

 

This looks at the total number that has been recorded for each contact based on the stories (and survey responses) they have been tagged in.

Outcome

 

 

  1. Both: this is the default setting. It means that whether someone has been tagged in a story or survey response relating to this outcome or not, they will appear in the search results

  2. Tagged: this will display any contact who has this been answer a survey question which is linked to this outcome

  3. Not Tagged: this will display any contact who has NOT answered a survey question which is linked to this outcome

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Select CRM in your Side Menu → select Contacts → select All Contacts

  2. You arrive in the Contacts App

  3. Press the Filter Contacts button

  4. The Filters Overlay appears on the right

  5. Select Progress & Survey fields

  6. The filter expands to show your Progress Trackers

  7. Select the Progress Tracker you want to filter by

  8. In the Min and Max boxes, enter the value you want to filter for.

    1. For example, if you want to see everyone who has attended at least 1 session since 1st December 2022, here is what you would do:

      1. enter 1 in the Min box

      2. leave the Max box blank

      3. in the Date Activity Happened box set the From date as 1 December 2022

      4. in the Date Activity Happened box set the To date as blank

      5. Press Apply

  9. Press Apply

  10. The number of contacts will adjust accordingly
