Track Contacts: Counting via Signup Pages

You can track the number of contacts who have used a Signup Page to sign up for your projects and events.

Easily track and count contacts by using our Referral Links feature. You can monitor and manage your outreach.

This feature allows the user to

  • Keep track of the number of contacts that have been created via the Referral Link.

Before you can create a Signup Page you must turn on Signup Pages in your organisation.

How to view the number of Contacts created per Signup Page per Month

  1. On the Manage Contacts page, select Productivity tab.

  1. If your charity has no Event Self Registration Forms, click on the Create a Signup Page (formerly called Referral Forms).

  1. Once you have Created a Signup Page, share the link with your contacts or create a Multi-contact Public Signup Page to capture information about the referrer, the referred client and other people related to them.

  2. Now whenever new people register using the shared Signup Page link, you will be able to know the number of Contacts created per Signup Page per Month.
