See the projects a contact is part of

You can see the projects that a contact is part of.

• There are several ways to do it. Choose the one that’s easiest for you based on the page you’re currently on.

How to do it

From the Contact’s Profile

Open

1. Go to the Profile of the contact

2. Scroll down to the Projects tile on the left side

3. Press Show More to see all the projects that the contact is part of

   Open

   

4. Below the name of the project is the state that the contact is in within that project, i.e.

   1. Waiting List

   2. Enrolled

   3. Alumni

   4. Declined

From the Contacts App

1. Open the Contacts App

2. Select Project States

3. You’ll see a table of contacts per project: it shows the date that each contact was added to each state of each project

Using the Contact Filters

• The contact filters appear on several pages and allow you to filter the contacts displayed based on the project that the contact is in.
