Add contacts to a project (or project state)
You can add contacts to several projects and change their status within each project.
What is a project status?
Every project can have four statuses:
Waiting List
Enrolled (default)
Alumni
Declined
Assign a project status to a contact
There are several ways to add a contact to a project and change the contact’s state i.e. whether they are on the Waiting List, Enrolled, Alumni or Declined (state) of the project:
While Creating A New Contact
Link a project to an external Signup Page so that new referrals (contacts) are automatically created in that project
For Existing Contacts
See a contact’s project status
On a contact’s profile page
The History section displays the changes that have happened to a contact’s project statuses - History - track every change to a contact's project status
The Projects tile lists the projects the contact is part of.
Click Move through projects to change a contact’s status within one or more projects
On the Status per Contact page
