Automations

Make everything work like clockwork, with Makerble Automation

  • Streamline Every Step of Your Process: Automatically manage tasks like enrolling contacts, updating statuses, or assigning flags by creating your own custom automations.

  • Automate With Precision: Set custom criteria to trigger actions tailored to your contacts, saving time while ensuring accuracy.

You can create Automations on Makerble that perform one or more Actions when certain Criteria are met.

How it works in 3 steps

Step 1

Step 2

Step 3

Choose the Criteria you want Makerble to look for

Choose the Actions you want Makerble to do

  • Send users an In-App Alert

  • Send contacts an SMS

  • Send contacts an Email

Now sit back and wait for Makerble to:

(1) spot contacts who match the Criteria

(2) do the Actions, e.g. create an In-App Alert

Automations: Criteria and Actions

Types of Criteria

Types of Action

Types of Criteria

Types of Action

  • Contact has been added to a project

  • Contact has been added to a project’s state (e.g. to the Waiting List, Enrolled, Alumni or Declined)

  • Days since a contact has been added to a project and not received an SMS or Email

  • Days since a contact has been added to a project’s state (e.g. to the Waiting List, Enrolled, Alumni or Declined) and not received an SMS or Email

  • Number of events that a contact has been invited to but not attended

  • Days since the contact was tagged in a story

  • Every automation is specific to a single project.

  • Individual Automation Actions are generated for every individual contact who meets the Automation’s Criteria

    • For example, if the Automation is designed to generate an In-App Alert every time a contact is moved to a particular project, Makerble will generate a separate In-App Alert for each contact who is moved to that project (rather than creating a single ‘batch In-App Alert’ that relates to all the contacts who were moved into that project)
