Cases

Cases allow you to subdivide your work with a single contact on a single project into smaller components.

  • You can think of a case as a new kind of label that can be applied to certain stories and tasks relating to a particular contact.

  • A Case is always related to one contact on one project.

Getting Started with Cases

Rules & Relationships

  • Cases need to be enabled on the Project Preferences page first

  • When Cases are enabled on a project, the following rules apply:

    • a contact can have many Cases

    • a Case can have only one beneficiary

    • a story must be tagged to a Case

    • a story can be tagged to many Cases

    • a Task can be tagged to many Cases
