Filter contacts by Date Bio Last Updated

You can filter contacts by Date Bio Last Updated field

What it does

  • This filter will identify contacts whose Bio details have been updated within the date fields you entered in the filter

Note that Date Bio updated is different to Date Posted and Date Activity Happened.

  • Date Bio updated is the date the bio or details of the contact is updated

  • Date posted is the date that the information was added to the Makerble database

  • Date happened is the manually set date when a coworker is backdating a story or survey response. If the Date Happened is not set manually, it is automatically set to be the Date Posted.

Steps

  1. Select My Apps in the top menu

  2. Select Contacts

  3. You arrive in the Contacts App

  4. Press the Filter Contacts button

  5. The Filter Contacts Overlay appears on the right

  6. Select the Date Bio Last Updated filter

  7. Select the date range you want to filter the data by

  8. This will filter the contacts displayed to only those contacts which were updated within that date range
