The timeline shows the survey responses, case notes and attendance records tagged to that contact as well as SMS or email communications they have sent in or received from you.

Open

You can filter the content that’s displayed

1. Click the Filter button in the top right of the timeline

   Open

   

2. A Filters overlay appears on screen

3. Open up each filter to input the criteria you’d like to use for filtering

4. Press the Apply button in the Filters Overlay

5. The stories displayed are now filtered accordingly

6. Click elsewhere on the page to close the filters
