Add, do and see tasks relating to a contact

You can manage tasks relating to a contact

The Tasks box appears in the right column on the Contact Profile Page

It displays tasks related to that Contact

This article explains how to manage tasks from the Contact Profile Page itself. You can also manage tasks relating to a Contact from

Add tasks

  • Start typing in the new task text field.

  • Click the down arrow to open the Advanced Options section that lets you tag the task with other details

Do tasks

  • Tick the checkbox next to the task to mark it as Done

See tasks

  • Toggle between viewing To Do tasks and Done tasks by using the tabs at the top of the Tasks box
