Access a Custom Table (View) of Contacts
To view a custom table of Contacts, you need to
either create a Custom View
or one of your colleagues needs to create a Custom View with the owner set as the Organisation so that you can access it
Steps
Select My Apps in the top menu
Select Contacts
You arrive on the Overview tab
Select
Open the Select a table dropdown list which is on the right side at the top of the table
Choose the custom table you want to see
A dropdown list of Custom Tables appears
The page updates to display the columns for the Custom Table you have chosen
To filter which rows of contacts are shown on the Custom Table, press Filter Contacts
To download the Custom Table as a CSV file:
Select More Options
A dropdown menu appears
Select Download as CSV
Depending on the size of the download, the file will appear immediately or you'll be sent an email when the file is ready to be downloaded. That email will contain a link to your My Downloads page. On that page you will be able to download the file
