Progress Trackers tab on the Manage Contacts page

Steps

  1. Select My Apps in the top menu

  2. Select Contacts

  3. You arrive on the Overview tab

  4. Select the Progress Trackers tab

Columns displayed

The columns displayed are based on the contacts that match your current criteria within the Contact Filters

  • A column for each of the Progress Trackers used in your surveys (and which at least one of the contacts that match your filters has been tagged in)

  • A column for each Progress Tracker added to your projects (and which at least one of the contacts that match your filters has been tagged in)

Content displayed

The content displayed varies depending on the type of Progress Tracker in the column.

Achievement Tracker

Total number of achievements

Activity Tracker

Total number of activities

Attendance Tracker

Total for that contact from all their responses

 

Stats

  • Click the Stats checkbox to turn on the additional Stats rows

  • This displays six additional rows at the top of the table

 

Additional rows

  • Total contacts - the total number of contacts that have been tagged in that Progress Tracker

  • Total - the total value for that Progress Tracker from across all the contacts

  • Mean Average - the Mean Average value for that Progress Tracker from across all the contacts

  • Most Popular - the Mode Average value for that Progress Tracker from across all the contacts

  • Highest - the Highest value for that Progress Tracker from across all the contacts

  • Lowest - the Lowest value for that Progress Tracker from across all the contacts
