Compare and contrast demographics between segments

• See results side by side for the same demographic characteristic across two different segments

• Use the Left and Right filters to finetune the segments you want to analyse

  • For example; you can select a project data on the left side and select an album on the right side and compare how the project data fare with the album data.

How to get there

1. Open your left sidebar → select CRM → select Reports → Select Demographics

2. You arrive on your Demographics reporting page

3. Select the Compare Demographics tab

4. Now you can compare demographics between different segments

What you can do

1. Filter: You can filter the data present in charts using the filters provided.

   
   There are two types of filters present:

   1. Filter Everything: It is present in the middle of the page at the top. This is used to filter both the columns of chart at the same time.

      1. Click on the Filter Everything button. This will open the filter bar.

      2. Select the filter option you want to apply.

      3. Click on Apply button at the top.

      4. Data in both the columns will be filter based on the criteria selected.
         
         

   2. Side Filters: It is present in the left-side and right side of the page at the top. This is used to filter the charts of the respective columns. These filters will only apply to their respective columns and will not affect the other column.
      Using this, you can compare data your contacts by using different filters on different columns and create scenarios which can give you much better insights of your data.
      There is a filter for each column: Filter Left Side and Filter Right Side respectively for left column and right column charts.

      1. Click on the filter to open the filter bar.

      2. Select the option for filter.

      3. Click on Apply button at the top.

      4. Only data in that particular column will be filtered.
         
         

2. Different Chart Views: You can see the data in various format. The radio buttons on top of each chart can be used to change the format. It includes:

   1. Bar Chart

   2. Pie Chart

   3. Tables
      
      

3. Download a Chart: You can download any chart you want in JPEG, PNG, PDF and SVG Vector format.

   1. Go to the chart you want to download and press the burger menu button present.

   2. This will open a dropdown.

   3. Select the format you want to download in and the file will be downloaded.
      
      

Using these options and charts you can analyse your contacts easily and compare data between them to get better insights.
