Advisor
Client
Participant
Tutor

How to use Contact Audience
Stay on top of the audiences you use
You can create as many audiences (formerly roles) as you like.
See which audiences each contact is part of
You can see when a contact was assigned a Role (Now Audience) and when that Role (Now Audience) ended - open the Audiences (formerly Roles) tab within the Contacts App
Track the population size of each audience
You can report on the number of contacts that your organisation has in each Role (Now Audience) over time
See, change and remove a contact’s assigned audience(s)
Find contacts based on which Audience(s) they’re in
You can filter to see the contacts who have particular Audience (formerly Roles)
Use forms and signup pages to automatically assign an Audience to a contact
Every contact form has a single Audience (formerly Role) assigned to it
This lets you automatically assign an Audience to a contact whenever a Signup Page is completed or whenever a colleague creates a new contact
