Groups is an older feature of the Makerble platform. They're simple and straightforward.

While groups are a simple way to organise your contacts, we have since introduced a variety of flexible and customisable ways to quickly find, organise and segment your contacts. You might find these better suited to what you're trying to do:

• Flags - highlight important information about a contact and display this in several parts of your platform

• Filters - identify contacts based on one or more characteristics; including projects they're part of, demographics and more

• Relationships - link contacts to each other and to individual users

• Audiences - categorise contacts at a broad level and track their progression as their categorisation changes
