You can give a contact as many roles as you like.

  • Roles are a way of categorising your contacts - example Roles include:

    • Advisor

    • Client

    • Participant

How to use Contact Roles

Stay on top of the roles you use

  • You can create as many Roles as your organisation needs

See the role(s) each contact has at a glance

  • You can see when a contact was given a Role and when that Role ended - open the Roles tab within the Contacts App

 

Track the population size of each role

  • You can report on the number of contacts that your organisation has in each Role over time

 

See, change and remove a contact’s role(s)

 

Find contacts according to their role

  • You can filter to see the contacts who have particular Roles

Use forms and signup pages to automatically assign a Role to a contact

Get started with Roles for Contacts

You have to be an Organisation Admin to create and edit Contact Roles however any user can assign one of those Roles to a Contact
