Setup your Forms for Contacts

On the Forms for Contacts page under the Setup your Form tab, you can manage all your contact forms.

  • You can view the contact forms and custom forms listed alphabetically.

  • You can also view information on how many projects are using the form for creating new contacts, editing new contacts, and how many sign-up pages the form is been used.

  • You can directly add the form to the project of your choice.

You have to be an Organization Admin or Project Creator to access this page.

Steps

  1. On the Manage Contacts page, click on the Setup Your Forms button.

  2. This will take you to the Forms for Contacts page.

    There are three tabs

    1. Setup your Forms - This tab gives you a list of all Forms related to contacts.

    2. Internal Forms - This tab will take you to the Manage Contacts Forms page

    3. External Forms - This tab will take you to the Manage Signup Forms page.

  3. You can create a new contact form by clicking on the Create a new form button or design your roles by clicking on the Setup your roles button.

     

  4. The table displays the following

     

    1. The name of the form which lists the contact forms and custom forms created.

    2. The role that the Contact Form is assigned to.

    3. The internal usage gives you

      1. The number of projects using that specific form to create a new contact.
        Clicking the number lists out the project's names which on clicking takes you to the project’s profile page.

         

      2. The number of projects using that specific form to edit an existing contact.
        Clicking the number lists out the project's names which on clicking takes you to the project’s profile page.

      3. Lets you add the contact form to a project. Click on the +Add to Projects button and a pop-up window appears.

        The Projects are listed out. You can create a new project to add the form by clicking on the +Create a new Project or choose the project you want to add the contact form to and click on the +Add the form to project button. Select whether to use it as

        1. Full - Create a new contact and Edit the existing contact.

        2. Limited - Create a new contact only.

        3. Limited - Edit the existing contact only.

    4. The external usage gives you

      1. The number of signup links that a contact form was saved.

      2. And lets you add the contact form to the Sign page.

        1. Click on the +Add to Signup pages button and a pop-up appears listing the Signup pages.

        2. Click on the +Create a new Signup page button to create a new signup page or click on Add to Signup page. This will redirect you to the Edit Signup page where you can add the contact form to it.

           

    5. The more actions that lets you edit or stop using the form.
