WHAT YOUR SETUP STEPS ARE TO HAVE THIS READY ON MAKERBLE

To receive referrals: simply design a Signup Page: https://makerble.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/MCPD/pages/1076789274 which involves

  1. Creating a project for that type of support

  2. Creating one or more Contact Forms to register the details of 

    1. The person needing support

    2. Their emergency contact (if appropriate)

    3. Their next of kin (if appropriate)

  3. Turning on the Waiting List for that project

  4. Creating a Signup Page which uses those 3 forms and adds a person to the Waiting List of that project
