Import is the third phase of your onboarding process.
It covers the transfer of your existing data into your new platform
What can we import?
You can import a several types of information into Makerble. The three main types of information are as follows and you can import each of these yourself at any time using the tools on the platform. If you’ve bought an onboarding package, we’ll do this for you.
Survey responses, attendance records and case notes (Stories with tagged contacts)
Topline Figures (Stories without tagged contacts)
Other types of information
There are additional types of information that you can import - such as relationships between contacts, project details, cases and more. In those scenarios we’ll work with you to import those records by running a script that ingests that data from a spreadsheet (or other data source) that you provide.
