• It’s great to invite a handful of your users to test and essentially, try and ‘break’ the platform.

• This can surface small amends e.g. to wording of questions in forms that are straightforward to adjust.

• User Acceptance Testing can alternatively take place during the Build phase.

Crib Sheet(s)

• This is a document that explains how each of your User Groups will use your platform to achieve the typical tasks they’ll be using it for

• The Crib Sheet forms the basis for what’s covered in the training sessions

Training Plan

• Decide the who, when and where of training delivery.

• We recommend having shorter focused training sessions that are designed for a single User Group so that your colleagues don’t spend time learning about use cases that aren’t relevant to them

Training

• We can deliver training sessions remotely or in-person.

• We can also work with you in a train-the-trainer capacity so you can deliver training to your teams.
