See and respond to an In-App Alert

You can see and respond to alerts on Makerble.

Steps

  1. Click the Alert icon (the siren symbol)

  2. The Alerts dropdown appears

  3. It contains two tabs:

    1. Unresolved - Alerts that are unresolved

    2. Resolved - Alerts that have been resolved

  4. Each Alert has the format of: {Alert Message} followed by a hyperlink to the profile of the Contact whom the Alert is about

  5. To resolve the alert, click Resolve

  6. A text box appears for you to note down how you resolved the situation

  7. Add the note

  8. Press Save

  9. You arrive on your Manage Alerts page in the Unresolved tab

  10. Select the Resolved tab to see the Alerts that have been resolved

  11. Click the name of the contact to go to their Contact profile page

  12. When you next reload the page, the Alerts symbol will be greyed out to show that you have no unresolved alerts
