Automation Templates: copy a Contact Automation to many projects

You can copy a Contact Automation to many projects.

How it works

  1. Create a contact automation

  2. On the Manage contact automations page, click Actions and choose Save as a Template

  3. Go to the Automation Templates page and click Add to Project to then add that contact automation to other projects

  4. In the Add to Projects popup: choose the projects you want to add the automation to

     

  5. The project changes to say Remove from project

  6. Click Close to close the popup. On the Manage Contact Automation Templates page you’ll now see that it says that this template has been added to as many projects as you selected

  7. Click the number to see a list of the projects that the template has been added to

  8. Click Automation of Contacts to return to the page that shows you the contact automations

  9. On this page you’ll now see that a new Contact Automation has been created for each project you selected
