You can see the Automations that are active across your organisation and manage them on this page.

Understand what each automation does

The table on this page tells you what each automation does

  • Every automation operates within a single project

  • This page displays:

    • Project each automation runs in

    • The criteria that triggers this automation

    • A tick to indicate the actions that the automation does

Find specific automations using Filters

  • Click Filter Automations (green arrow) to fine-tune the list of automations that are displayed

  • The Filters popup appears on the right

  • Use the status toggle to show or hide deactivated and/or active automations

  • Use the Projects criteria to find automations saved within a particular project.

  • Then click Apply

Deactivate & Reactivate your automations in bulk

Deactivate & Reactivate automations one-by-one

  • Scroll across in the table until you see the Actions button for an automation and click Deactivate or Reactivate

View, edit and copy an automation

  • Scroll across to the Actions button for an automation and click it.

  • From here you can access

    • Logs: View the Logs - displaying the results from each time the automation has run

    • Edit: Edit the Automation

    • Delete: Delete the automation

    • Deactivate: Deactivate an Automation

    • Save as Template: To save that automation as a template to be used again.

 

Create a new automation

  • Click Create an Automation (blue arrow)

How to access your Manage Automations page

Requirements:

  • Your organisation needs to have at least one automation in order for the Automations App to appear.

  • If you do not see Automations listed among your My Apps, select CreateAutomation to create an automation first

  • Then reload the page and navigate to the Manage Automations page. Create an Automation

  1. Select My Apps in the top menu

  2. Select Automations.

  3. You arrive on the Manage Automations page (previously called the Manage Alert Triggers page)

  1. Click Edit to change the settings of an Automation

  2. Click Deactivate to stop an Automation from scanning and alerting users of contacts that match its criteria
