You can access all the links to your organisation’s External Referral Forms.

Note:

You can access your Signup Pages from the Manage Signup Pages page (described in this article)
You access your Contact Forms from the Manage Contact Forms page. Your Contact Forms are used in two ways
- 1. As the basis of your external referral forms. (Therefore if you want to edit a field that appears in a Signup Page, you should edit the Contact Form that the Signup Page uses)
- 2. Whenever a signed-in user creates or edits a contact
You can customise the web address of your Signup page.

Steps

There are two ways to get a referral link

From the Contacts App

Go to My Apps in the top menu
Select Contacts
On the Contacts page, select the More Options menu
Select Referral Forms
You arrive on the Manage Signup Pages page where you can copy the links to the Signup Pages you have for each project
Press the Copy the link button to copy the link to the clipboard
You can then
1. Share that Signup Page with referral partners directly, e.g. via email
2. Create a button on your website that links to the form

Go to the Survey Campaign page of the survey you want to invite people to complete using a Referral Link
Select the Anyone with a referral link option
You arrive on the Manage Signup Pages page where you can copy the links to each project’s Signup Page
Press the Copy the link button to copy the link to the clipboard
You can then
1. Share that Signup Page with referral partners directly, e.g. via email
2. Create a button on your website that links to the form
Alternatively, you can user the QR code functionality to share the link by using copy to clipboard option on the page.

This is what the Sign-up Page will look like for signed-out users.

The External Description is displayed below the name of the field and will appear in grey and italics for the signed-out users.
