You can edit a fixed (Structured) Signup Page.

Changes you can make to a Signup Page

  • Rename the Signup Page

  • Change settings on the Signup Page

  • Change the Contact Form used

  • Add additional pages so that several related contacts can be added at the same time and linked together

  • Add additional surveys

  • Change the surveys used

Steps

  1. Select My Apps in the top menu

  2. Scroll across until you see Contact Forms in the sub menu

  3. Select Contact Forms

  4. You arrive on the Manage Contact Forms page

  5. Select Public Forms

  6. You arrive on the Manage Public Forms page

  7. Press the Actions Menu Button next to the Signup Page you want to edit

  8. A dropdown menu appears

  9. Select Edit

  10. You arrive on Edit Signup Page

  11. Reload the page by pressing CTRL+R (Windows) or CMD+R (Mac)

  12. Make the changes to the Signup Page that you want to make and then scroll to the bottom and press Save
