Signup Pages (external referral forms)
Signup Page (Public Signup Form) allow anyone with the link to give you their details
Signup Page (Public Signup Form)
Create as many Signup Pages as you need
You can have several Signup Pages per project
Optionally add baseline surveys to a Signup Page
Optionally allow multiple people to be added from the same Signup Page. Their records will be automatically linked in your system
Embed a Signup Page in your website or alternatively share the Makerble link with your referral agencies
Where Signup Pages (Public Signup Forms) fit in your workflow
Self Referrals: allowing people to refer themselves to one of your projects
Professional Referrals: allowing referral partners who work with vulnerable people to refer someone to your services
Referral Surveys: allowing people to complete survey which contain demographic data as well as feedback and/or impact data
Event Signup Forms: allowing ‘walk-ins’ to give you their details and log their attendance when they attend one of your events for the first time
How it works in 4 steps
DESIGN: Start by creating a Signup Page (Referral Page)
You choose which project the new referrals should be added to
And you choose which ‘state’ of that project they are added to, i.e. whether they are added to the Waiting List or the Enrolled list. (You could optionally add them directly to the Alumni or Declined state if you really wanted to)
You choose whether there are any baseline surveys that need to be completed as part of the referral process
You choose whether the Referral Page allows for several contacts to be created at once who are linked together using Relationships. E.g.
Page 1 could create a contact profile for a child that needs your services,
Page 2 could create a contact profile for the child’s parent
and Page 3 could create a contact record for the Professional Referrer who is referring the Child to your service.
SHARE: You share the Referral Page website link.
Anyone with access to the link can use it to create new referrals (i.e. create new contacts)
People do not need to have a Makerble Account to use your Referral Page
You can deactivate a Referral Page if you no longer want it to be used to generate new referrals
RECEIVE
All new referrals (contacts) are saved within Makerble and are accessible via the Contacts App
You can turn on Referral Notifications in order to receive a web notification and an email every time one of your projects receives a new referral
FIND
You can use the Contact Filters to quickly find your new referrals.
The Contact Filters allow you to display, for example, all the contacts created within a particular Date Range who were generated through the Referral Form and who are still on your project’s Waiting List.
