Customise the web address of a Signup Pages (external referral form)

Now you are able to create your own custom URL for the Signup pages and then share it with others. This allows you to add a little personal touch of your own to your projects and forms and gives you more control.

How to add the custom URL?

  1. Go to the Manage Signup Page

    1. You can do that using the My Apps in the top menu, and going to Signup Pages

    2. From Contacts page, by clicking on More Options button and then selecting Signup Pages (Referrals) option from the drop down.

  2. You see all the Signup Pages of your organisation.

  3. Go to the row of the Signup Page you want to customize.

  4. Now, there are two ways to open the Customize your link pop-up

    1. Under the link of the Signup Page, you can see the option of Customise. Click on it.

    2. Go to Actions at the end of the row, click the three dots, and select Customise link

  1. The Customise the link pop-up appears.

  2. Write the ending to URL as per your preference (Do not include / in the beginning)

  3. Click on Check Availability button to confirm that the link is unique and is not in use by anyone else. (You will not be able to save the link until the link is unique)

  1. After checking the availability, if the link is present, click the Save button to save the changes.

  2. You will be able to see the custom URL you entered in the URL box.

 

  1. Copy the link and share your custom URL.
