Design your use of Contacts
Your contacts can be
People
Organisations
Animals
Objects
Every contact has a Contact Profile page which displays all the information you have about that contact. For example it includes
Details from registration forms, GDPR consent forms and referral forms (these are called Contact Forms)
Relationships they have with other contacts and/or with users
A timeline of their survey responses, session attendances and case notes
A history of who referred them to your organisation, which organisations you have signposted them to and which projects/services of yours they have been on the Waiting List of and Enrolled In.
Skills that they need your staff to have, e.g. a particular service user might require a member of staff who has the “Autism Trained” skill
As such you could have contact profiles for:
Service users
Survey respondents
Staff
Volunteers
Campaigning targets, e.g. politicians
Partners, e.g. referral partners and signposting destinations
Venues you use
Donors, supporters and funders
Artworks or buildings that you are restoring, exhibiting or working with
Animals whom you provide sanctuary or veterinary services to
Flora that you conserve or work on
