Change an Audience that a contact has been assigned to (Role)

A contact can have many Audiences (formerly Roles)

 

Steps

  1. Go to the Contact Profile page

  2. Scroll down until you see the Audiences (formerly Roles) box in the left side bar

  3. Press the Edit button

  4. You can

    1. Change the Audience (formerly Roles)

    2. Change the start date

    3. Set or change the end date

  5. Press save
