Disable a Flag on a Contact.

Steps

  1. Go to the My Apps

  2. Select Contacts

  3. Look in the Flags column of the Contacts App overview tab

  4. Each type of flag has a different colour as set by your Organisation Admin

  5. When you see a Flag, click it

  6. A small popup appears that displays the information within that Flag

  7. It tells you

    1. The status of the Flag: i.e. whether it is enabled or disabled

    2. Which user added the Flag to that contact

    3. When the Flag was added to that contact

    4. Information about why the Flag was added to that contact

  8. Press the Disable button

  9. A popup box appears asking you to confirm whether you want to disable the Flag or not

  10. Once the Flag has been disabled on that contact, it becomes grey
