Add additional states to a project, e.g. Waiting List, Alumni, Declined

The Enrolled state is enabled on every project by default but you can turn on additional project states in each project.

Steps

  1. Go to the Project Preferences page

  2. Scroll to the bottom

  3. Press the tick box that appears next to each of the additional states to enable the ones you want to use on this project:

    1. Waiting List

    2. Alumni

    3. Declined

  4. Press Save

  5. That’s it. You and your colleagues will now be able to move contacts between states on this project.

Considerations

  1. You can choose to enable all of these states on the project or only some

  2. You can choose to have different states enabled on different projects

  3. The Enrolled state is always enabled and cannot be disabled
