See a 360° survey's Response Rate

You can see the Response Rate of a 360° survey on a particular project.

Steps

To get to the Response Rate tab of the Survey Campaign page

  1. Go to the Survey Campaign page of the survey on the project you want to see the Response Rate of (Access a Survey Campaign )

  2. You arrive on the Start tab

  3. Select the Response Rate tab

  4. The top left box shows you your 360° Survey response rate

What you can see

Each contact’s response rate from their observers

  • The box lists each of your contacts whose observers have been sent a 360° survey link

Overall response rate

  • This is the mean average response rate from across your contacts

 

These numbers are based on the times when you manually send a 360° survey or when you automate the sending of 360° surveys.
