Types of Respondent
There are four types of people who can create a survey response (story). Click each article to find out more.
This is how you would use each Respondent Type if your project was in a school:
Colleagues: i.e. people who work on the project (e.g. Teachers)
Contacts: i.e. the people who are clients of the project (e.g. Pupils)
Perspective Providers: i.e. people who know the clients (e.g. Parents of each pupil, Classmates of each pupil) [We call this a 360° Feedback Survey]
Public Respondents: i.e. anyone who uses your Public Respondents (Anonymous) survey link (e.g. people living in the town where the school is located)
