360° Surveys
You can collect several people’s perspectives on the progress or performance of your contacts.
How it works in 3 steps
1. Choose a contact to focus on
You can use 360° surveys with any of your contacts, as long as they are in one of your projects
2. Send out a 360° survey to people who know them
These people are called Observers (or Perspective Providers). You will need an email address or mobile number for each perspective provider.
You can use any survey, as long as it is added to one of your projects
3. Compare the answers from Observers with those of your contact or your colleagues
You can send the same survey to several Observers, your contact and get your colleagues to complete it with their own personal opinions
You can personalise the wording of each survey question for each type of respondent
