How It Works

There are two sections on the page

  • Responses to each question

  • Averages for each outcome

Responses to each question

This table powers the calculations that populate the Spider Plot Outcome Charts.

Steps

  1. Start by choosing the contact whom you want to analyse and the specific question that you want to see answers too

  2. The table updates to show a row for each response to that question. There can be multiple rows if:

    1. there are multiple Respondent Types who have answered this question for that contact, e.g.

      1. Colleague

      2. the Contact themselves

      3. one or more Witnesses

      4. the survey was completed as part of a Referral Form

    2. the question has been completed by the same Respondent on multiple occasions, e.g. if you are doing Pre- and Post-programme surveys

  3. You can download each table as a csv file
