Response Rate of a Survey Campaign page
The Response Rate tab is a tab on the Survey Campaign page. It displays the response rate for a single survey across a single project.
Steps
To get to the Response Rate tab of the Survey Campaign page
Go to the Survey Campaign page of the survey on the project you want to see the Response Rate of (Access a Survey Campaign )
You arrive on the Start tab
Select the Response Rate tab

There are four Response Rate boxes
Clicking numbers shown in blue causes a popup to appear containing additional information
360 Feedback
Displays each of the contacts whose perspective providers (also known as “observers” or “witnesses”) have been invited to complete a survey. This happens when you generate 360° - survey links manually using Send a survey to Perspective providers or automatically using an Automation Action.
Responses from Contacts
Displays responses from contacts who have been sent a survey link manually using Send Survey to Contacts or automatically using an Automation Action.
Colleagues
Displays responses from
Submitted by someone using a Referral Form
Entered into Makerble by one of your colleagues Colleagues in one of these ways:
Manually using the Complete Survey page while they are logged in
By importing survey responses from a csv file. Typically the colleague responsible for doing the import will be logged as the ‘author’ of the survey response unless (during the import process) they select another colleague as the author
By creating stories and survey responses using the API or an integration
Public Respondents
Displays the number of responses that have come from people using the public survey link - Send a survey in Anonymous Mode - which anyone with the link can use.
