Get started with managing Surveys

Access the Manage Surveys page

  1. In the Side Menu, select Survey

  2. Click the Master Survey option

  3. You arrive on the Manage Surveys page.

  4. It has three levels that you can look at

    • My Surveys: these are the surveys that you personally own or have added to your favourites

    • My Organisation’s Surveys: these are surveys owned by your organisation and/or used on your organisation’s projects

    • My Project’s Surveys: these are surveys used on that specific project. This page loads for a single project at a time

  5. Use the Survey Used By toggle to go to the library containing the survey you want to edit.

  6. If the survey is owned by your organisation, select the name of your organisation in the dropdown list

  7. The title of the page changes to reflect the library you are now in

  8. It has two view modes:

    • Tiles view (the default view)

    • Tables view (the detailed view)

  9. Click the survey name you want to look. It will load the Survey Profile page of that survey

  10. Or you can switch to Tables view to look at more details of the survey

  11. Use the Load More button at the bottom of the table to load more survey and find the one you want to look at

  12. Click the name of that survey, shown in blue

  13. You arrive on that survey’s profile page

  14. Click Set the Questions option

  15. You arrive on the Edit survey template page

  16. Add or edit the questions how you want and click on Save at to save the changes
