Ward fields: create a field to store postcode and identify a UK Parliamentary Ward
Steps
On the Create Contact Form page or the Edit Contact Form page, press the Add new field button
A popup launches
Select the Ward radio button
Name the field Post code (or something similar). Note: if you already have a field called Post code, you should name this field something else as you cannot have fields with identical names.
In the field privacy dropdown, select Organisation Colleagues
Press Save to close the popup
You arrive back on the Create/Edit Contact Form page
The new Ward field is automatically displayed at the bottom of the list of fields on the form
Use the up/down arrows to change the position of the field in the form
Press Save
