Role-holder Relationships

Role-holder Relationships are a requirement for Personalised Referral Forms.

  • They allow you to state which Relationship Titles can be applied to the contacts who hold certain Roles when a visitor is creating several related contacts using a Personalised Referral Form.

Requirements

In order to create Role-holder Relationships your organisation must:

  1. Have at least one Contact Role

  2. Have at least one Relationship Category

Role-holder Relationships only apply to relationships that are created between contacts by a visitor who is using a Personalised Referral Form. They do not restrict users from creating relationships between contacts with different roles.
